Welcome to Liz Bobeck’s page that shows all that she did during the 2015 year. It was a busy year that saw Liz sell $11,100,000 in real estate. She was 15th in her company, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty in sales dollar volume (production), but she was 1st in her Metropolitan office in Transactions, Sales and Listings. Quite an accomplishment for Liz Bobeck 2015 year in review! In 2014 I sold 52 homes for around 9 million, this year I sold 47 homes so prices rose more in 2015 as compared to 2014.

So how does Liz Bobeck get to 11.1 million in sales?
It starts with a great team of people, one of whom is Kelly Morgan in the Metropolitan office.
Kelly helps Liz with her paperwork and is the office manager. There is not anything she does not know in the office about the buying or selling of real estate. Sheron Willson is the broker for the office and she helps Liz with so many things, mainly issues that are sounding board items, “Should I do this”, or “Is it possible for the seller/buyer to do this”, and this is why you lean on your broker, when you need help.

Then there is the staff of great agents at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty.
Its great to have 60 fellow agents who can go on caravan, when we go and look at homes for sale in the marketplace, and give ideas, opinions, and sometimes just a great sounding board.
You cannot always be at the top of your game because buyers and sellers can wear you down, sometimes they listen to a fellow Realtor more when you are telling them something important.
